For the
young people
There’s this niece of mine which I tell: “Just like you wash your hair, you need to give a little time to your soul, your spirit and some time to thank God” Nowadays it’s hard to find you “inner part”. One is always in a hurry and young people usually get influenced by material stuff, and there’s this huge void or emptiness because they don’t find a reason to live. And they try to fill that void by different ways: alcohol, drugs… It is true that you are in the age of confusion, awakenings, doubts, ideals and you feel disgraced (it happened to me), you feel little understood by grown-ups, who you need desperately. But thank God that phase in one’s life is followed by a lovely one: your personality, more affirmed allows you to think with serenity, allows you to clear ideas and to deepen in subjects like who you actually are: Why did God bring you to the world? What does He want from you? How do you answer? |
